Wu & Yang Style Tai Chi

26-30 September 2026

Pulsing the Joints & Cavities,
and Yin-Yang Tissue Flows

In this five-day retreat, take a deep dive into the form, structure and internal neigong of the Wu or Yang style to experience why tai chi is a very effective health art.

Although there will be a myriad of internal threads that will be woven together to create an unique teaching for the students in attendance, the core teaching will focus on how to implement the neigong learned and developed in Heaven and Earth Qigong within the art of tai chi, including:

  • Opening and closing neigong
  • Activating the yin-yang tissues
  • How these two neigong threads combine to produce the four primary energies of tai chi
  • Activating the lower tantien in order to control and amplify qi flows in the body and power up peng, ji, lu and an.

At times everybody will train together as one group and, at other times, you will assemble into focus groups to train according to the specific form and your level/interests.
