Paul Cavel has studied Wu style tai chi with Taoist Lineage Holder Bruce Frantzis since 1992, in public and private tuition. Paul feels Master Frantzis' Wu Medium Form yields superb results in body, mind and qi.

You can choose to start with only the Wu Tai Chi Mini Form, up to Single Whip, which contains the essence of tai chi. Later, you can move on to the Wu Medium Form.
